Our Space:
No gluten enters these rooms, ever.
Not only do we strive to have a beautiful space for you to stay in while you are in here in NC, we also want to make sure you are safe! As someone who is severely allergic to gluten I understand that a safe space is the first requirement to actually get to enjoy a vacation. Our goal here is that you will be able to relax, and let your gluten guard down. No need for parchment paper in the toaster oven, or to clean our the fridge to start your vacation. You can rest assured we have kept the space safe for you!
Currently we are renting through Airbnb, but our goal is to eventually buy a separate property with more units that will serve as our Bed and Breakfast. Stay tuned for updates!
This is a studio apartment basement unit in our lovely home in Hendersonville, North Carolina. We have a queen sized bed, with a full size pull out bed in the sofa. The unit can sleep 4 comfortably.
There is a full kitchen! These items are brand new and have never had any gluten in them: Toaster oven, microwave
These items came with the house and have been thoroughly cleaned multiple times: Stove and oven, Refrigerator.
We have not allowed any gluten in the unit since we bought it in 2022.
There is a small porch out the sliding door with a view of the beautiful, green yard. There is a swing and fire pit you can use, as well as swings for kids. Our very friendly dogs are often out and about!
Disclaimer: We do allow people who do not have Celiac or who are not gluten free to rent our space at this point. We do ask them not to bring anything with gluten into the unit. So far from what we can tell people have been respectful and have followed the rule, but we cannot guarantee there has never been gluten in the unit. But to our knowledge there hasn’t!
